1. Operator Identity & Formation

This website is operated by Aeris Research Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California, United States of America (“Aeris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Aeris operates exclusively online and sells solely within the United States in US dollars (USD).

During any transitional formation period, the full legal registration details of the entity will be published on this site as they are finalized. All transactions are processed through an authorized third-party payment processor or Merchant of Record; the entity name and details appearing on your receipt are those of the party that processed your payment. Aeris does not store payment card data.

2. Nature of Products

Aeris offers a single category of products: research compounds — including synthetic peptides and related biochemical reagents supplied as lyophilized powder, for research use only (RUO).

Our products are not medicines, drugs, dietary supplements, or food products. They are not approved, cleared, or authorized by any regulatory authority for human consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, or any other in vivo application. No regulatory approval is claimed; products are distributed solely as research reagents for qualified researchers.

Aeris does not provide, and nothing on this site constitutes, medical advice, dosing guidance, administration protocols, or recommendations for use in or on any living organism. Technical information published on this site is physicochemical and mechanistic in nature, drawn from peer-reviewed scientific literature, and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

By completing a purchase on this site, you confirm that you:

  • Understand that Aeris is not a pharmacy and does not dispense prescription or regulated medicines.
  • Assume full responsibility for the receipt, handling, storage, and use of any product purchased, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

6. Purchases, Prices & Payments

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs, if any, are disclosed before you confirm your order and will not be added after final confirmation.

Aeris reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Payments are processed exclusively through our authorized third-party payment processors. No payment card data is stored on our servers.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States via tracked carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided on the site and at checkout. Each order includes a tracking number once dispatched. Products ship in sealed, tamper-evident vials in plain, unmarked packaging.

Aeris is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs holds, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control once the order has been handed to the carrier.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, we accept the following requests only:

  • Order cancellation — requested before the order has shipped.
  • Transit damage — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Shipping error by Aeris — wrong item sent, reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, opened or tamper-evident-seal-broken vials cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aeris warrants only that products will be delivered as described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability beyond that description.

Aeris is not liable for:

  • Any use of our products contrary to Section 2 or Section 3 of these Terms.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a buyer’s or any third party’s use of our products.
  • Any interpretation or misinterpretation of technical information published on this site.
  • Carrier incidents, delays, or losses once an order has been dispatched.

In all cases, Aeris’s maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Aeris Research Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
