Shipping Policy

Coverage

Aeris Research Labs LLC ships exclusively within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Estimates

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Your complete order total — including shipping — is displayed on the checkout summary page before you confirm your purchase. No charges are applied without your explicit confirmation.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order has shipped. Use that number on the carrier’s website to follow your shipment in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Nothing on the outside of the package identifies the sender, the contents, or Aeris Research Labs LLC. Items inside are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident vials as received from the manufacturer.
