?What does “research use only” mean?
These are compounds intended for laboratory and research use only. They are not medicines, supplements, or cosmetics, and are not approved for human or veterinary use. Our Usage Notice covers the full scope.
?Who are these products for?
Qualified researchers and institutions working in vitro or in a laboratory setting. By ordering, you confirm you understand the products are not for personal use.
?What’s in each vial?
A lyophilized (freeze-dried) research compound. Each product page lists the compound’s identity (name, CAS number, molecular formula, and molecular weight) along with the amount.
Ordering, payment & shipping
?Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Every price on the site is in USD.
?What payment methods can I use?
The available options are shown at checkout.
?Will the packaging show what’s inside?
No. Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging — no branding and no product names on the outside.
?How is my order shipped and tracked?
Everything ships with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
?What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos if it’s damaged, and we’ll walk through what’s next. If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we’ll go over your options.
Storage, handling & support
?How should I store the products?
Keep lyophilized vials cold, dry, and out of direct light until use, following standard handling for research compounds.
?How do I dispose of used vials and materials?
Follow the local regulations for laboratory waste. Don’t put them in household trash; if you work at an institution, follow its internal protocol.
?Do you have a physical store?
No. Aeris operates entirely online.
?Do you advise on research protocols or usage?
No. We can share basic handling information for what we sell, but we don’t provide medical advice or usage and dosing recommendations. For experimental design, consult peer-reviewed literature or an academic advisor.
